I have msn messenger and I can't talk to the people who have Windows messenger. I can get their messeges but they can't get mine for some reason. I guess the only solution is for them to download Msn? But I don't want them to go through all that trouble just because they can't IM me.
Well there are Several issues here, so I'd have to ask questions and you'd have to answer them one by one, so that could take a while. Also depending on wich screen reader they have might cause other problems with the latest versions of MSN messenger, so here's what must happen to start to solve this. They should upgrade their Windows messenger to the latest version. www.microsoft.com then type windows messenger in the search box and upgrade. Now for your friends that have current screen readers in Jaws that be at least 7.0 they should simply get MSN messenger. www.msn.com go to the messenger Icon I believe it's 6 or 7 links from the top and download it. Easy.
